Q: Do you offer digital or physical products?
A: Both! We offer downloadable digital prints, handcrafted wood signs, metal wall art, and Christian apparel. Product type is clearly labeled on each listing.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom orders. All designs are created in-house with great care and prayerful intention.
Digital Products
Q: How do I receive my digital download?
A: Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You’ll also find your files in your Shopify account (if you created one at checkout).
Q: What sizes are included?
A: Most digital art includes multiple size ratios, allowing you to print from 5x7" up to 24x36". A sizing guide is included in the download folder.
Q: Can I return or exchange a digital download?
A: No—due to the nature of digital products, all downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
Shipping & Physical Products
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Most physical products ship within 3–5 business days. Each item is made to order with care. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and product type. Digital downloads are always free to deliver.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We package everything securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thewayandthetruthdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
